Jinsi ya kuandaa:
Mkate kuku vipande vidogo kisha muoshe kwa maji masafi.
Changanya viungo kwenye chombo kama bakuli kisha weka vipande vya kuku vilivyokatwa katwa. Changanya vizuri kuhakikisha viungo vinachanganika vema na vipande vya kuku.
Funika bakuli na uache mchanganyiko kwa dakika 60 kuviruhusu viungo kuingia vizuri kwenye vipande vya kuku.
Weka vipande vya kuku kwenye vijiti kama inavyoonekana pichani.
Nyunyizia mafuta ya kupikia kidogo kwenye mishikaki halafu choma kwa moto wa wastani hadi iive.
Andaa mishikaki yako kwa ajili ya kuliwa na wali, ugali, chipsi au chochote upendacho.
We normally see beef kebabs everywhere we go and many people know how
to prepare those but chicken kebabs can also taste so deliciously if one
knows how to prepare them very well. Now here is a chicken kebab
recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
Pepper for taste
1 teaspoon salt
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon powdered black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash well with clean water. In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients together except cooking oil. Cover the bowl and leave the mixture for sixty minutes. Put the chicken pieces into a stick as seen on the photo. Sprinkle the cooking oil on the kebabs and grill with medium heat. Serve hot with rice, chips or anything you like.
