Mapishi: Mayai ya Kuoka/Oven Scrambled Eggs

Hii ni njia ya kuandaa mayai kwa ajili ya kifungua kinywa inayotumia zaidi na watu wa magharibi. Ni njia nzuri kwetu sisi ili kuleta ladha zaidi mpya mezani na kuipa familia afya bora.
Mahitaji:
-Siagi iliyoyeyushwa vijiko 2
-Mayai 6
-Chumvi nusu kijiko
-Maziwa nusu kikombe
Jinsi ya kuandaa
-Washa jiko la kuokea (oven) liwe na joto la 175 C au kama unatumia jiko la mkaa liandae kabisa.
-Vunja mayai weka kwenye bakuli na yachanganye vizuri pamoja na chumvi. Weka maziwa changanya vizuri.
-Weka siagi kwenye sufuria au chombo maalum cha kuokea, mimina mchanganyiko wa mayai na oka kwa dakika kumi bila kufunika.
-Geuza geuza halafu rudisha kwenye oveni oka kwa dakika nyingine kumi au hadi mayai yaive.

Preparing oven scrambled eggs is simple and the food is very nutritious even though it is not commom in Tanzania.
Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons butter
-6 eggs
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/2 a cup milk
Instructions:
-Pre-heat the oven to 175 C
-Pour melted butter into a baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and salt until well blended. Gradually whisk in milk. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, then stir, and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until eggs are set. Serve immediately.
