Many people find it hard to cut a whole chicken into pieces. They either do it wrongly or use a lot of time. Here is the easiest way to do it.

- Remove excess: Grab a chicken, a cutting board, and a sharp knife. Remove everything inside it like intestines, gizzard and the heart. Ondoa vilivyoko ndani, shingo na miguu: Andaa kuku alienyonyolewa, kisu kikali na ubao wa kukatia. Anza kwa kukata shingo, miguu, kutoa utumbo na kila kitu ndani ya kuku kwa kutengeneza uwazi karibu na paja.

- Remove thighs and legs: Using a sharp knife, slice the skin in between the drumstick and body. Find the joint and pop it out of it socket with your hands. Finish the cut to remove the leg from the body. Cut through the joint between the thigh and the leg. You can also use your hands to pop this joint out of its socket first. Repeat on other side.
Kata miguu na paja: Kwa kutumia kisu kikali Kata ungio kati ya paja na mwili, ondoa hiki kipande kutoka kwenye mwili na kutenganisha paja na mguu kwa kukata kwenye ungio. Fanya hivi pande zote mbili.


- Remove the spine: Slice down each side of the ribs with a sharp knife.
- Kata mgongo: Kata pande zote mbili za mbavu kutokea kwenye mkia kuelekea shingoni kutenganisha mgongo na upande wa 'breasts' za kuku.

- Separate breasts: Place knife on the breastbone and apply pressure to cut the breast into two halves.
- Tenganisha 'breasts': Weka kisu kwenye mstari unaotenganisha 'breasts' na kata kwa nguvu.

- Remove wings: Finding the joint, remove the wing from the breast.
- Kata vipapatio: Ondoa vipapatiokutokakwenye breasts kwa kukata kwenye ungio.
